The Milestone Capital executive management team is based in Shanghai and Beijing. Over the past decade, the team has developed a balanced professional skill-set in China, including investment banking, private equity, new business start-ups, general finance and operations management, as well as government relations. Milestone Capital’s Managing Directors, Ms. Yunli Lou and Mr. Liping Qiu, have had a successful track record of identifying, leading and managing private equity investments in China for the last thirteen years. Prior to founding Milestone Capital in 2002, they worked together at Merrill Lynch & Co. for over five years where they managed Merrill Lynch’s Greater China direct investment portfolio and built a successful track record of structuring, managing and exiting investments in China.
