Based in Shanghai, Mr. Plummer is responsible for deal execution and investor relations. Prior to joining Milestone Capital, Mr. Plummer worked in management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton's Shanghai offices, where he served MNC and domestic clients in a broad range of industries. Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Plummer worked for Goldman Sachs in its New York and London offices, and for the World Bank/World Bank affiliates in Beijing and Washington D.C.
