Based in Shanghai, Mr. Qin is responsible for deal sourcing, execution and monitoring. Before joining the team in 2007, Mr. Qin was a Principal at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm, where he was responsible for the automotive, manufacturing and industry practice. Prior to Oliver Wyman, Mr. Qin was a Senior Investment Manager at JE Capital and worked in engineering, manufacturing and planning functions at General Motors in U.S., Germany and China. He is President of the HBS Alumni Club of Shanghai.
