Based in Beijing, Mr. Liang is responsible for deal sourcing, execution and monitoring. Before joining the team in 2007, Mr. Liang worked as Certified Public Asset Appraiser, where he was responsible for restructuring and IPO asset appraisals, corporate finance and taxation consulting. He is also a member of the National Pilot-project Appraisal and Approval Expert Team under the Ministry of Finance of China.
