Experience
Based in Shanghai, Mr. Kralik has been an active management consultant, entrepreneur, business executive and investor in China for nearly 20 years. He began his career at McKinsey & Company where he worked in both North America and Asia. Subsequently, he started and managed a group of media companies operating in Greater China over an eight year period prior to selling these businesses in 2001. From 2001-2004, Mr. Kralik was the CEO of VTech Telecommunications Ltd., a Hong Kong-listed corporation with 15,000+ employees and USD 700+ million in annual revenues, where he successfully lead a company turnaround. Mr. Kralik is currently the CEO of Linden Street Capital, and is an advisor to the global private equity fund Warburg Pincus. Mr. Kralik serves as a Director of Tristate Holdings Ltd. and NorthPole Ltd. He also serves on the Harvard Business School Alumni Board.
