Based in Shanghai, Ms. Lou is a Founding Partner of Milestone Capital, responsible for the firm’s overall management, investor relations as well as deal sourcing and execution. Prior to founding Milestone Capital, she was responsible for Merrill Lynch’s direct investment activities in Greater China. She also worked in the corporate finance division of Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong. Overall, Ms. Lou has 16 years experience in direct investments and investment banking.
