VisionChina Media Inc. (“VisionChina”) operates the largest out-of-home advertising networks using real-time mobile digital television broadcasts to deliver content and advertising on mass transportation systems in China based on the number of displays. VisionChina’s advertising network consists of digital television displays located on buses and other selected locations that receive mobile digital television broadcasts of real-time content and advertising. VisionChina manages its mobile digital television advertising operations either through exclusive arrangements, direct investment entities, or both. As of December 31, 2007, the company’s network in 15 of China’s most affluent cities consists of over 41,400 digital TV displays.

In March 2007, Milestone Capital led the Series B round of financing in VisionChina. In December 2007, VisionChina successfully listed on the NASDAQ (Ticker: VISN).
